Gabe

The meaning of Gabe is 'God is my strength' or 'God's hero.' It is of Hebrew origins and it is traditionally given to boys. It is taken from the biblical name Gabriel, who was a prominent figure in the Bible as he was one of the seven archangels of God. He was the messenger sent by God to tell Mary about her pregnancy and also to tell Zechariah about the birth of John. He is also considered to be the Angel of Revelation in Islam.
