Kabir

Kabir is of Arabic origin. The meaning of Kabir is 'noble' or 'great' in Arabic and Sanskrit. Other meanings of Kabir are 'magnificent' and 'grand'. It is traditionally a name given to a girl, although historically it is a gender-neutral name. In Bangladesh and Nigeria it is used as a surname.
