She is armed with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Hislop College and an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources from DY Patil Institute of Management Studies. She has also obtained content writing certification from Udemy, where she got insights into the field. She started her career with MOIL (Manganese Ore India Ltd.) as an HR Trainee. After working with the company for two years, Arbina accepted the role of an HR Executive at Unisoft Technologies. She stepped forward and joined Webakruti Pvt Ltd as an HR Coordinator and Content Writer.
