Arendelle is brought to life at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in a brand-new magical, musical theatrical experience. Expect awe-inspiring special effects, epic set design and breathtaking costumes as Anna and Elsa's tale takes to the stage.

Experience all the famous songs from the blockbuster animated film that you know and love, including huge hits Let it Go and Do You Want to Build a Snowman, which are even bigger and better than their big-screen counterparts, along with some brilliant new original songs that'll be stuck in your head for days.

While the storyline largely follows the plot of the movie, with familiar characters like Hans, Kristoff and Olaf accompanying Anna and Elsa, the glittering theatricality of the production brings a whole new dimension to the story. This incredible adaptation is brought to you by a multitalented, award-winning creative team, with Michael Grandage directing, original creator Jennifer Lee writing the script, and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez spicing up the songs you already know and giving a sprinkling of magic to the ones you don't.

The Frozen musical cast is filled with top West End talent, starring the brilliant Samantha Barks and Stephanie McKeon in the leading roles as Anna and Elsa, along with Craig Gallivan, Oliver Ormson, Obioma Ugoala and Richard Frame as Olaf, Hans, Kristoff and Weselton respectively.

What to know before you go

• Frozen the Musical's running time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including an interval.
• Aim to arrive between half an hour to an hour before the start of your performance.
• Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval.
• Frozen the Musical is family-friendly, though Disney generally recommends its shows for ages 6+. Anyone entering the theatre must have a ticket.
• Accessible toilets can be found on the Stalls level, with more toilets on all levels.
• There are multiple bars on all levels, with two on the Stalls level, one on the Royal Circle level, one on the Upper Circle level and two on the Balcony level.
• Refreshments can be brought into the theatre but there are some restrictions. Glass and hot food are prohibited entirely. Light snacks like sweets and crisps are permitted.
• A limited number of booster cushions is available but these are only given to children under a specific height. These cushions are not available in the Balcony or Upper Circle levels.
• From the main entrance on Catherine Street there are four steps to reach the foyer, with step-free access available via the Russell Street entrance.
• Non-transferable wheelchair spaces are available on all four levels apart from the Balcony, with a passenger lift available to all levels.
• Aisle seats in the Stalls are suitable for people who wish to transfer from their wheelchair.
• There are plenty of restaurants in the Covent Garden, including popular chains like Nando's and Wahaca.

Getting there

• Frozen the Musical is being performed in the heart of London's theatre district at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. The theatre's address is Catherine St, London WC2B 5JF.
• The theatre is close to multiple stations, including Covent Garden (Piccadilly line) which is a four-minute walk away, and Temple (Circle and District lines), Holborn (Piccadilly line) and Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines and National Rail services), which are all under a 10-minute walk.
• Lots of buses serve the area, including routes 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 23, 68, 76, 77A, 87, 91, 171, 172, 188 and 341.
• The closest car park is Q-Park Chinatown, which is a 10-minute walk.
• Theatre Royal Drury Lane is park of Q-Park’s Theatreland Parking Scheme, which saves you 50% on parking after 12pm for up to four hours. Validate your Q-Park car park ticket at the theatre box office and the car park machine will automatically take 50% off when you exit.
