The ingenious musical adaptation of Roald Dahl's beloved 1988 story is back on stage at London’s Cambridge Theatre. Using stunning visual effects and song, the musical breathes new life into the original story. Rediscover the tale of Matilda, the bright and rebellious child with a vivid imagination, a sharp mind and very special powers. Mr and Mrs Wormwood, Matilda’s parents, have no time for her and see her as an inconvenience and bother, and at school Matilda has to withstand the fearsome headmistress Miss Trunchbull. Follow Matilda as she takes a stand against the grown-ups and uses the power of her mind to change her destiny.
